Pariseault Builders was engaged during preconstruction and delivered renovations to this 75,000 sf building that was previously an office for the RI Dept of Human Services. After the full interior renovation, building envelope improvements, system upgrades and site work, the facility now includes classrooms, offices, gymnasium, library, cafeteria, and an auditorium space for performances. The project needed to be in strict compliance with Rhode Island Department of Education processes and procedures as well as adhere to sustainability requirements from Northeast Collaborative for High Performance Schools.  Achievement First Providence High School now accommodates up to 700 students, 9th through 11th grade.
