Pariseault Builders was selected to deliver construction management services to assist with the planning and execution of $1.5M worth of improvements to the AF Iluminar Middle School. The project consisted of 3rd floor renovations to accommodate educational programs including improvements for recreational amenities, facility operations, security improvements, code compliance, life safety, and other immediate needs. Scope included renovating 12 Core Classrooms, 6 enrichment rooms, Main Office area, Library/Intervention space and a teacher work room.
