This long-standing client relationship all started when Pariseault successfully delivered a couple of “slammer” projects for BankRI. These are extremely time-sensitive projects required that the branch close on a Friday and open again for business on Monday morning. With our ability to deliver on those challenging projects, Pariseault was granted our first ground up project in Johnston. We proudly delivered a flawless project a month early which solidified our place with BankRI as a trusted partner. This East Providence branch came a few years later – a new 4,500 square-foot bank branch complete with 4 teller stations, a public lobby, administrative support offices, waiting/coffee areas, and two drive up lanes. Design partners, Brown Lindquist Fenuccio & Raber Architects (now Catalyst Architects), designed the aluminum and glass partitions to allow maximum natural day light into lobby. This facility is also extremely energy efficient with gas-fired high efficiency HVAC units, high efficiency LED lighting, and icynene closed cell spray foam insulation on the underside of the roof sheathing.
