This project consisted of a full gut and rework of (22) suite style dorms across (2) floors of the 9-story Renaissance Hall dorm building. Each suite included a full working kitchen and full bathroom. This fast-tracked project needed to be completed in 2 months during summer break in order to reoccupy for start of school. Due to the fast paced nature of this project, a close working relationship with the city and university officials was required to keep on pace with work being completed on a daily basis. Thanks to our experience and long-standing relationship with the University, the school entrusted us with this project and the negotiated work was a tremendous success.
