Langford Estates is a 4-story, 40-Unit Senior Housing Complex set in the Reynolds Farm development in North Kingstown, RI. The project is set in an area of ledge that required 2 months of drilling and blasting to prepare the site for the building in a residential neighborhood.  The building construction is prefabricated panelized wood-frame construction with engineered lumber floor framing and prefabricated roof trusses.  The site required a 400,000 gallon subsurface retention pond below permeable asphalt paving.
