This $2.3M project consisted of extensive reconstruction and renovation of a mid-century mill building to establish a state-of-the-art motorcycle dealership and retail environment. Performing exterior work in a New England Winter, encountering unforeseen interior conditions and an accelerated schedule required Pariseault to devote extra effort and resources to make this project a success. Together with ownership and our valued subcontractors, we achieved great success on this project and delivered a beautiful space on time and on budget.
