This repeat client came to Pariseault in 2023 and requested turn-key design build services to deliver a 1,500 square foot addition to their existing building. The new space is now home to a new half-court gymnasium for recreation and student use. The project called for new foundation and steel structure, gas service, mechanical and electrical utilities.
