Tucked next to a small pond, this house faces the beach in Watch Hill. The clients wanted a house that would work for their extended family’s vacations. Numerous open and closed porches, decks, and a trellis wrap the house and garage. Shingle style details tie the house to its historic neighbors. The house was limited to a specific footprint and raised to keep it out of flood zones. Inside, the living spaces flow into one another for easy, open summer living.
