The expanded Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority House is a beautiful cornerstone and focal point for Greek Life on the URI campus. This project consisted of taking an existing building on the occupied campus of University of Rhode Island and performing an involved expansion and renovation project. The original building, built in the 1960's, had historical design aspects that needed to be kept intact as the improvements and expansions were carried out. Pariseault Builders successfully delivered a new 2,300sf addition to the front and side of the building and renovated 3,850 sf worth of kitchen, dining/chapter room, house director's suite, and community bathrooms. The addition to the east side of the property now allows the building to accommodate 56 live-in sorority sisters in comfort and class. (Photography courtesy of Design Imaging Studios)
